		<description>While I think that the scenario portayed in the picture is pretty horrifying, I think that it could only come true in a world of regulation. When you boil out all of the personal feelings of net neutrality I believe that it comes down to just more government meddling and regulation. Most of us only have one or maybe two options for broadband in any one location. Why is this? It&#039;s because of government regulation. Adding MORE regulation isn&#039;t going to help things. If we had a truly free market in which there was true competition, the telcos would never dream of creating a package similar to the one pictured.
